Oborah Is pulling wool over your eyes

The naughty fake professor is purportedly leaving DALC management to his new staff. He is hiring a new head of missions in addition to the new staff he recently unveiled. How is that possible yet DALC is his baby? We all know that at DALC Education, Oborah and his wife are responsible for:

• Lying to students about CAmbridge/Oxford papers
• Ensuring that the CHE turns a blind eye to the DALC con
• Getting stories about DALC/Oborah Published in the Standard/KTN
  
• Filling fraudulent tax returns
• Connecting student to fake Universities such as the IIU and the EBS

So what are the new staff supposed to do? Oborah is not leaving! He is simply taking a seat out of the limelight. So he doesn't have to pick your calls asking why your course is not on the CAM website or answering questions from pesky Journalists.

In other words, Oborah is window dressing. Pulling wool over your eyes. DALC is still a fraudulent organisation and hiring new staff changes nothing. The certificates will still come with errors, leturers will be fired at will, female students will still be taken advantage of and salaries will still come on the 10th.

Ask yourself, does the hiring of another head of missions change the fundamentals about DALC?

By the way, google this "Titova Zinaida Alexandrovna Njogu", and see the first place it lands you. So much for her 40 years experience as an administrator.

As mentioned earlier, Prof. Humphrey Oborah will be leaving active day to day running of DALC effective 1st December 2009.

Accordingly, one replacement has been identified.

Mrs. Titova Zinaida Alexandrovna - Njogu will be taking over this position.

She holds a Masters degree in Economics and completing a Phd in the same from Ukraine.

She has nearly 40 years experience as an administrator in the education and public planning sectors and has satisfied the board of directors hence the appointment.

OBORAH'S LAPTOP TRICKS ARE ON.

Oborah Peter Humphrey Ouko. He badly wants to sell these laptops. Thats all he talks about. Laptops, laptops. It the new catchword for DALC fools. Kids who think laptops will make them understand better. Oborah knows how lame your thinking is and thus he keeps drumming this laptops=future education gobbledeegook to fool you and separate you from your money. Its alot like a journalist saying he needs a laptop to come up with good stories. Pure crap. Desktop,laptop, netbook, smartphones are just devices and your head well, its all your business. Besides, you will have another reason to believe him when he says that DALC is for the future so you can as well f*ck the present and ignore this blog. THE LECTURER FRAUD!!!!!!!

When people walk into a class, they think that the smartly dressed gentleman or lady in front of them is a dully qualified fellow. Not a former long -distance learner at the same institution! Unfortunately, Kenyans do not know that when they walk into DALC Education. All they see are neat offices with smartly dressed tutors and receptionists.

Take for example the Post Graduate students in Financial Management at DALC this October. They probably do not know that DALC should not be offering PostGraduate qualifications but Oborah always says, " The CHE knows and that is why they have closed us down." True that, Mr Oborah. We know they know and when things become too hot, they will wash their hands like they did with Newport graduates. Dirty Bastards.

So the students are in class this month. The most unfortunate thing is that the tutor has not even gotten a first degree!! He is a CPA five struggler who will teach anything Oborah throws at him. Meet Bwana JUMA. He has never been to a postgraduate class yet he is teaching Postgraduate students. See the timetable downloaded below and be amazed at DALC's 22nd century education. A CPA 5 teaching PostGraduates. Perhaps Juma has been found to have a special talent.

As if that is not enough, the post graduate students in computing are the subject of a practical joke. First by the CHE which has allowed DALC's ambiguity to continue even though they are well aware that PostGraduate courses can only be offered at Universities. DALC then takes the practical joke to another level by bringing a clown to teach. I am not clowning here, Stephen Waithaka is a regular Diploma guy who taught anonymous courses at KCCT and he decided to take it further. He joined DALC and pursued a PostGraduate Diploma in Computing and eventually got an MSC from the IIU for his efforts.

Ofcourse, this was all in Kenya and he studied most of the course on his own because at DALC, lecturers are coming and going faster than students write projects. So he wrote his projects which we know are heavily dubbed from textbooks. (Waithaka, this is a challenge to prove us wrong. Upload your work to a public research site and post us a link. We are not all DALC dunderheads after all) . Now he has gone a full circle from a solo distance student to a Postgraduate Tutor. DAMN!! This is 22nd century Sh*t . A real practical joke.

We have downloaded the timetables below from the DALC system. The evidence is right there, shitty qualifications, fishy tutors, dodgy certificates and crappy explanations from DALC. Try calling this jealousy. It works with some DALC students.

DALC STAFF POST A WARNING

FELAS, I think this was Erick who posted this comment! See how he starts by defending the DALC staff. Is seems to me like a last gasp plea to Oborah. Oh..All falls down! tHE delayed paycheck must have caused this, now i throw my head back and laugh!!

The new employees may have very good and bright ideas for DALC, having come from the Corporate world and the lady from KEMU. No wonder you have immediately started feeling the effects of Performance Contracts!! This is the order of the day in the Corporate world for those who have only worked in DALC!! However, Oborah and Faith are not that smart. Having recruited well talented people of this calibre, the best they should have done is to package them well, ensure their salaries are not delayed like lecturers so that they are not bogged down by the unique problems and ongoings in DALC, but can remain focussed and energised to ensure that what they are putting in place is finally realized!

Instead, Prof has forgotten that this is another set of former DALC students whom he will pay late, and in bits since that is the DALC way of doing things: frustrate employees, yule anataka aende!! Days for this kind of reasoning are numbered! Employees in such high offices are exposed to all kinds of the ongoings hence you sack them at your risk!!

Take for example Erick, he has been absorbing all the heat from staff, threats as well on his cellphone as well as by mail, yet the Oborah's don't care, after all Erick can now attend to all and sundry while their phones are off!!! This is the same staff you find Oborah paying in bits and late and still expects him to faithfully defend and talk on behalf of DALC to anybody enquiring anything!!

This tells you that Oborah has never and cannot be wise as he wants to be believed!! Instead he manages by issuing threats and using spies like messenger Dominic to spy on even senior employees!! For how long do you think this management style will survive?? Very short lived!!

Students constantly take back Certificates with printing errors or other forms of errors, purpotted to have been made in the UK! Kwani hawa wazungu are that careless to be making such stupid errors that often?? I am told all these nowadays are received by Erick first then he forwards to Oborah!! You want to tell me this guy by now cannot be wondering whats up in DALC??


Then Oborah makes matters worse by frustrating the same characters in their pay like any Tom Dick and Hurry!! If I were thenew employees, I would have by now kept so many copies of such so called docs with errors to use when the right time comes i.e when fired!!!

That is why I said you play around with such characters as you have done with us at your own risk!! If you have a brain, you better change your strategy Oborah and Faith!! The world is keenly watching you!!

DALC SCAM: PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH!

The events are DALC are indeed saddening. At DALC Education, Lecturers have not been paid the expected amounts despite Oborah pocket lots of money from students he cons.

DALC lecturers will be paid marking fees as follows:

• Assignments @ 20/= each
  
• Continuous Assessment Test @ 30/= each
• Module Projects @ 40/= each
• Overall Project/
• Dissertation @ 50/= each ( Why would DALC be marking dissertations yet it is not a University?)
  

This is in consideration of that the students are paying sh. 5,400 per project and sh. 6000 per module. Do the math from there.

This announcement also proves that Oborah is dishonest. Why are lecturers marking the final project yet these are supposed to be marked in the UK? Don't tell us that he needs to mark them here before sending them to the UK because that is absolute nonsense. Do other UK examination bodies allow exams to be marked by your tutor? IGCSE, ACCA, IMIS etc. Whats the need of paying the UK examination fees if all the work is done here. Students are being fooled to believe in this UK thing yet Oborah does everything here. Ask DALC lecturers, they will tell you openly that the marks they award are the ones that appear on the transcripts. So how is that possible if the transcripts are sent to UK.

Oborah realised the folloy of sending hardcopy projects as they were becoming a headache to deal with-storage and all. We know (from elvis kinyae) that these were kept at his house and when they became too many, he asked students to upload them to the DALC system . As usual, he played mind games with students telling them that he was modernising DALC and offering 22nd century education. The truth is that soft copies are easier to deal with and like we have always opinioned. When things get thick, Oborah will format his servers disks and poof! all the evidence that you were ever at DALC will be gone.

There has been growing discontent as a result of all these things and lecturers have come out and openly admitted that DALC is a fraud. Recently, one of them wrote:

PEOPLE LETS COME TOGETHER I GUESS WE HAVE REACHED A POINT OF NO RETURN.WE HAVE GIVEN DALC OUR ALL AND NOW I GUESS ITS TIME THAT IS H AND HIS DEAREST WIFE paid.YOU FORGET THAT WE HAVE GENUINE PAPERS AND WE DIDN'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF DOING PHD'S WITH IRISH INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.

That clearly shows that the lecturers are well aware of the DALC scam where diploma students are tricked into enrolling for degree programs which involve fishy research projects that are supervised by the DALC lecturers. Never mind that DALC is staffed mostly by first degree and DALC diploma holders!

The hapless victims of this scam are able to get a degree in a few months from un accredited universities such as Irish International and European Business School _cambridge which are all run by the same people and accredited by the dubious Quality Assurance Commission. For this, they part with lots of money. As much as 4500 sterling. Do the math and see why Oborah can afford to drive the most expensive cars around.

Time this came to an end. It won't end by itself because there are strong forces against this. Namely:

1.Oborah-he has the money to corrupt his way out of many tight situations.


2. The commission of higher Education is playing blind because one of the deputy commissioners is protecting DALC. JOEL MBERIA. His son works at DALC by the way.


3. The Standard media group is DALC's no 1 fan. Do not waste your time talking to them, they are not interested in your stories as long as you are against DALC. You are dreaming if you are waiting for Mohamed Ali to do his Jicho Pevu thing on Oborah!!


4. DALC students who believe that DALC system is a chance for them to get a quick diploma, get a job and move on with life. They do not want people questioning their UK qualifications.

For starters, we would like Oborah to face justice for:

• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Tax Evasion
• Money Laundering

Enough has been had. Time to bring action upon DALC. All those in favour say aye!

IN CASE YOU FORGOT, OBORAH'S LIES IN HIS OWN WORDS

THE bizzare summary of Oborah's illustrious life has been documented although it has been impossible to verify the claims as they were made by the dirty proffessor. I have found the thingy he printed out on his graduation day where he makes all sorts of claims and even manages to pose with his primary school headmaster for effect.

Still I have never understood why Oborah has never been photographed with other real academics.

DALC NEW PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

LECTURES ARE VOWING TO TEACH HALF ONCE THIS NEW PAYMENT PLAN IS INTRODUCED AT DALC. Well, we have the most lopsided contract that can only have been drafted by DALCs greedy mastermind Oborah. IN THIS CONTRACT, HE WARNS YOU AGAINST LEAVING WITHOUT NOTICE AND THREATENS TO USE ALL (LEGAL or OTHERWISE) MEANS NECESSARY TO RECOVER HIS LOSES INCASE YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE WITHOUT A MONTHS NOTICE.

Some naive DALC lecturer tells me that he thinks its alright and I almost slap the colour off his face! He doesn't know that Oborah stops paying you the moment you give notice. So anybody who is foolish enough to give a notice will be fired straight away and get nothing!!

In this contract, DALC promises to follow your employer incase you leave without notice. Well, if you a have been brainwashed by Oborah then you must feel totally imprisoned. You must be thinking where will Igo? What will I do?

IN addition, Oborah can pay you whatever he wants because like the contract says, nobody knows what your real salary is. Its out there with the birds, wind and the sea. They have some figures right there but as we know with Oborah, conning people is his sh*et! In short, he will pay you whatever he feels like. And that is after Faith has done a liposuction off you salary due to the lateness fines or whatever fine she wants to deduct from your salary. Strangely, she still doesn't pay taxes. mmmh. Admin staff are next to be nicked, it will be 1000 for every student you con , which in effect will put the highest paid admin staff operate in 10-15k range.Deuce.

RE: PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

After careful evaluation of your potentials, we are happy to inform you that effective _____________ Digital Advisory and Learning Centre (herein referred to as DALC Education) will offer you the position of ____________________________________________________ on Performance Contract basis, the status being ______________________________ and further based on the following terms:

1. That you will be at any Digital Advisory and Learning Centre (herein referred to as DALC) branch/campus/centre, and in charge of ______________________________________, on a performance contract basis, as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
2. That you will adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct as spelt out in the Staff Handbook and Academic Manuals.
3. That you will deliver services to meet expectations as indicated in the Staff Handbook/Academic Manuals and will specifically endeavour to make DALC the top institution in mission delivery agendas. Specifically, you will be resourceful in terms of suggestions and innovations and not a mere purveyor of routines
4. That you will remain loyal and committed to the purpose and mission of the DALC and as such will endeavour to bring academic profitability to the institution
5. That all information you have given to us in the form of CV or copies of qualifications are true and if found to be untrue can be used against you even to the point of loss of contract and possible prosecution
6. That you understand that termination of contract requires one calendar month’s written notice from either party or equivalent average monthly earning in lieu of notice. Without this notice, you will not be paid pending dues and DALC has the right to recover the same by all means (legal or otherwise), including contacting your new employer, debt recovery institutions, etc. Further, termination requires written notice of the same and an exit interview with Head of Missions or his appointed staff or agent, in writing. This will cushion the institution on losses related to finding a replacement, in the circumstances, and pending work that may be left to be done by the replacing staff. In this regard to declare that if you terminate/disappear/abscond/etc, you agree that DALC should use all means to recover the losses arising from your premature/abrupt terminations, including getting into contact with your new employer or personal business or other form of income to recover the same.

7. (a) That payment is based on productivity and Base Payment of Ksh 20,000/= per month will be paid after meeting “Targets and Quality Matrices” listed in Appendix A, B, D and E herein attached.
Please note the Base Rates applicable to different levels of Academic Qualification:
Masters Degree Holder Ksh 20,000/=
Undergraduate Degree Holder Ksh 15,000/=
Diploma Holder Ksh 10,000/=
(b) In addition, the following assessment rates will apply based on the number of assessments marked per student per module:
Assignments @ 20/= each
Continuous Assessment Test @ 30/= each
Module Projects @ 40/= each
Overall Project/
Dissertation @ 50/= each
NB: A penalty of Ksh 500/= per day will be charged for delays in submission of the requirements as stipulated in the Time Table Contract.
So, your earnings may reduce or increase depending on your performance from month to month.

DALC SCAm: A SAD DAY FOR DALC LECTURERS

Dear bloggers:

Today 9/10/2009 was truly a sad day for the lecturers. All the lecturers including those often refered to as the role models received only half pay for the month of september. If a lecturer receives 30,000 the lecturer found only 15,000 in their accounts. No explanation was given whatsoever.

For the already frustrated lecturers, this event was a nail on their heads.

The event has several meanings. Oborah is either too stupid to not to reason that frustrated lecturers are a time bomb for his institution. Already some have created email addresses with fake names and the contents from this blog are reaching the students straight on. Some have vowed to confide to their trusted students that DALC is a briefcase institution and the diplomas offered are not even recognized by Commission for Higher Education. Two lecturers(both held with high esteem by the management)are reported to have met somewhere and have vowed to used their close friends at Nation Media Group to publish a very damaging article about DALC and the forth coming fake graduation at U.K. From a reliable source, a letter has been sent to the British High Commission to confirm whether Cambridge and Oxford Association of Managers exist a copy of the same letter was sent to permanent secretary ministry of education. While Oborah may think that he is indeed smart, he should question himself why registration is dwidling.

The other angle to the whole story is that Oborah has realized that he is duplicating roles by hiring both Wachuka and Opondo. Wachuka is currently a hot juicy cake for Oborah. Naive, inexperienced and a coward who cannot challenge Oborah. On the other side Opondo is the finance manger who cannot touch a single coin from Oborah beyond his pay. When he was coming to DALC, he probably had the big picture of an institution where he would control millions of shillings. Unfortunately, he has been reduced to a clerical officer with duties that Oborahs son can perform so well. He may have been promised heaven but indeed, heaven and hell all start with the same letter 'H' just like Humphrey Oborah. During the interviews Oborah promises heaven, after the interview hell befalls the new employee. Ask Erick what hell and heaven is at DALC, Heaven was being interviewed and being promised honey, hell started with the entry of Wachuka and just like any other employee, this month he was paid half his salary and as late as the lecturers.

Depending on how Erick handles the pay issue, he may lose his job. If iwere him, I would not even discuss it with Oborah. I would keep quiet and let the lecturers learn a lesson for being part of the fraud. The other option would be for him to voluntarily resign. If it is indeed true that he has the qualifications Oborah posted on DALC website, then he should just look for another job. If not so, he could just be like the lecturers at DALC who have diploma qualifications and have the courage to teach students with degrees and cheat them that they are doing genuine things.

My advice to the lecturers would be: Just quit. Alternatively , stay and fight Oborah from within his institution. Ground it proper. Influence your students to hate the institution. The other alternative ask for a press conference and report Oborah to the whole world.

Anyway, fear is the beginning of failure. If you always fear to act, fear acts on you and you become a robot.

DALC SCAM: NOW OBORAH SELLS LAPTOPS

Humphrey Oborah is selling laptops. He is selling these to students after realising that providing computers is way too expensive and there is money to be made by selling laptops to students and allowing them to pay in installments. That is the first time a college head has done that.

However, we are not the usual DALC fools who applaud Oborah even when he promises sunshine and farts in a jar. He has cleverly failed to tell people what kind of laptop they will be getting. It is by design that there is no information on the:

• Brand
• Processor Speed
• RAM
• Hard Drive capacity
• Optical Media

He has gone the whole grandeur hog and promised that students can use the laptops to study now that we have the optic fibre. Tapping into the broadband craze when its still on. Everybody is bound to say "I want one of those laptops so I can utilise that optic fibre the government keeps talking about.

Humphrey Peter Oborah, you are an excellent opportunist.

We know that he fails to mention the real information on the laptops because they are not going to competitively priced. He doesn't want students to rush and compare the specs of the DALC laptops and find that they are at-least 15,000 more expensive than they would be at Davetech.

However, his plan has one major flaw. IRD aka infrared ports on laptops are now obsolete and anybody selling you these could also give you some compact cassettes in the deal because the infrared technology is dead. Is this the 22nd century DALC keeps on droning about.

Infact Ifrared is so obsolete that the Wikipedia page is nothing more than a miserable paragraph that says...

So, why is DALC selling its students laptops that come with obsolete technology. In this day and age, wireless technologies that DALC should be speaking of are:

• WIMAX
• BLUETOOTH
• WIFI

FORGET THE INTERACTIVE LECTURES THING BECAUSE OBORAH IS USING THAT TO MARKET HIS LAPTOPS. AFTER ALL IRD CANNOT SUPPORT INTERACTIVE LECTURES!!

Title: LAPTOPS AND INTERRACTIVE LECTURES

I had mentioned earlier that current desktop computers will be recalled by end of September 2009 and that students should have laptops with "webcam" facility by this date. We are almost there.

Laptops have infrared ports that are able to communicate through wireless setups hence will enable students to have internet access in the classrooms. This will not only provide wider internet access but will also enable lectures to take place real time from UK or other DALC campuses. With optic fibre, we are just best placed to go having geared up for the last 2 years.

In other words, a good lecturer in Mombasa, will be able to teach all students, at a given time, even if they are as far away as Kitale. You can also have direct lectures from UK. How about that?

I know laptops will require some money to purcahse and I do also know the economic hardships parents and self-sponsored students face. I have made arrangements to ensure that the laptops are provided but students pay in installments later. This scheme will be launched next week alongside other VERY IMPORTANT fees management schemes. The laptops will be yours and you must be knowing that they will help you do a lot of other things.

May I reiterate the fact that DALC is an academic insitution keen on innovation rather than rudimentary and traditional education. In this regard, we will not hesititae to introduce and foster new concepts when the benefits far out-weigh the rigours of fixed traditions.

I would like all students to report to their CMs by 24th Sept. and let us know if they already have these laptops or if they would like the installemts arrangement.

Now, it is your time. Time to beg the students to upload assignments and projects, time to beg them to be punctual. Time to beg Wachuka to relax her rules, time to beg Oborah to pay you. DALC SCAM: VILLYFYING THE DIPLOMA

There has been a big debate in the recent past on the nature of some academic qualifications that are offered at out public universities. Many have raised a point of concern on the school based programs. Even the lecturers employed to teach courses in these programs will tell you that the quality of the students is unbelievably low and the library staff will openly tell you that school based students generally avoid books and stick to their manuals.

The jury is out there on the worthiness of the school based degrees but the truth is that not all people are destined to get degrees. Some will suffice with a diploma. Some will do with a certificate and some will be successful without ever going to college like Branson or Mwangi who is building yet another flat block along Jogoo Road.

The market has put a premium on papers and DALC has shamelessly milked this by;

a) Claiming that certificates are meaningless without recognition

b) Claiming that certificates are useless

c) Projecting that certificates are going to become obsolete in the near future

d)Flaunting the fact that the certificates come from the UK

DALC has successfully combined several tactics to make sure that people hungry for Diploma's quench their thirst at DALC. At DALC Education, a diploma can take a short time such as 6 months.

AsK a Kenya Polytechnic fellow to complete a diploma in 6 months and he will think you are mad. The truth is that Diploma's are really not that short. Do not believe DALC's lies especially when Oborah says;

· These days , education has changed and people are focusing and specialising

· Kenya Poly are using old systems from the colonial era

· The African Education system has been left behind, that is why we lag in development

· Why do you need to spend 3 years to do a diploma?

· DALC takes shorter because it is 22nd century education

· bla bla bla

What DALC is doing is making diplomas worthless by putting one Business Administration diploma holder from a national polytechnic on the same platform with its dubious CAM/OXIM diploma holders. The people who go through the polys get past a rigorous system, while DALC's advanced 22nd century system takes you only 6 months. Never mind that you have lessons that are 2 hours long twice a week.

Diplomas have never been so easy to get. If you get an E in your KCSE, go to DALC. They will put you through their accelerated bridging course that should take you 3 months. After that, they will find your talent which will always lead you to starting a diploma in business, computing or education. 6 months down the road you have a shiny new diploma. The Kenya Poly student on the other hand, will be getting through his first year. Tell me, who would you hire?

We have students going through the Diplomas so fast, that a fellow who got a C mean grade gets an advanced diploma (insert course here) in a record 6 months. Take note that this is the CAM/OXIM advanced diploma. From C plain to advanced diploma inn just 6 months. If this is not milling diplomas, tell me what is. During the 6 months, the student will have researched and compiled 10 case studies and cover the syllabus (which is probably downloaded from some website). That is one hell of a shortcut that will definitely appeal to greedy Kenyans looking for a quick way to get quick diplomas.

As you are all aware, DALC promises its diploma holders UPGRADES to degrees to ensure that they take every cent from you in the whole process and leave you with a bunch of worthless diplomas that have non existent UK addresses. That my friends, is how DALC is soiling the diploma by giving it to every Humphrey, Peter, and Faith as long as they have the money to pay the school fees. After all, Oborah likes to say that failing your KCSE does not mean you are stupid. He is some sort of miracle worker who makes a D- holder achieve a Diploma with distinction in just a quick 6 months.

Visit a DALC centre and ask the funny people at the front desk.

Have you ever wondered why this commission never takes any action whenever people are getting conned off their money by academic rogues like Humphrey Oborah?

Where was the CHE when hundreds of Kenyans studied for sham degrees with the bogus Newport University? Remember how Wisemen Trainers used to advertise in the Sunday Newspapers? Where was the CHE? The Commission only showed up when people were set to graduate and said that Newport was dubious! They did nothing when people were getting scammed by the epically named "WISEMEN TRAINERS".

To rub salt into the eyes of those who were conned, they have listed the same college in the CHE website as one of those that is recognised to offer diplomas. In my book, such a college should have been closed down and the owners locked up for a long long time! But not with the CHE, I guess they punished the WISEMEN in their own out of court way, they then wagged a finger here and there and probably had some roast meat together with the wisemen.

Why for example, has CHE never taken any concrete action on DALC? We have copies of letters that victims of DALC have written to the CHE Kenya and these have not been acted on. CHE continues to pour the vinegar of arrogance on the wounds of Kenyans who have been mauled at DALC by claiming that its role is merely advisory. Would that explain why CHE commissioners always attend DALC graduations where they sit alongside well known international conmen such as Sandhu and Kempe? Is that an advisory role too?

We know for sure that one commissioner known as jOEL mBERIA has been pocketed by DALC's kingpin Oborah and always appears in DAlc ceremonies and was a guest when Oborah was made a prof by the dubious WIDU. A commissioner of the CHE was present when a Kenyan conman was made a professor by a diploma mill!! We have video clips and pictures of jOEL mBERIA. He is the DALC mascot whose role is to show Kenyans how well recognised DALC is!

The same jOEL mBERIA has immensely benefited from DALC's ill gotten money as his son Mugambi is an employee of DALC. He works at the educational institution that has been reported to CHE numerous times. Conflict of interest? It is certainly more than that as Mugambi is novice in his job and would have alot of trouble putting together a web page in php or setting up LAN despite working in the IT department. Word has it that Mugambi is watching jOEL mBERIA'S business.

MY HYPOTHESIS IS THAT jOEL mBERIA in this case is Oborah's partner. His role is to make sure that CHE never closes DALC or makes too much trouble for Oborah. That his why his incompetent son Mugambi is employed and paid 45,000 by DALC where he apparently achieves much at doing nothing. Mugambi's role is simply to keep a tabs on the going ons at DALC and report back to daddy who incidentally works at CHE.

Let the facts be laid out in the open so that when CHE finally says that DALC's courses are "fishy", we will remind them that jOEL mBERIA has never missed a DALC event, his son works at DALC and that the CHE commissioner was a honoured guest when the European diploma mill WIDU awarded Kenya's educational conman a Professorship.
